THE ARTIST/PHOTOGRAPHER
Tor Mavestrand is a professional photographer born in Stockholm,
Sweden, now living for the past 16 years in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He
has worked in southern Utah for over twelve years as a ranch hand at
seasonal roundups. This has given him the opportunity to photograph
life on a working ranch, as well as getting to know animal behavior.
Apart from professional assignments, and product photography, Tor
specializes in action, sports, nature, architectural photography in
addition to his cowboy and rodeo work.
